Serving bold flavor on every platter 🇵🇷

My name is Natalie Joy and I was born to Nuyorican parents and raised in Miami, where food was always at the heart of family, culture, and connection. My grandmother, Lala, taught me how to cook authentic Puerto Rican cuisine, and many of the recipes I use today are rooted in her kitchen. Over the years, I’ve added my own flare, influenced by the diverse flavors around me — from Cuban and Argentine to Italian, Asian, and classic American dishes.

For the past 22 years, I’ve called St. Petersburg home, where I’ve built a beautiful life with my husband, our children, stepchildren, and now a step-granddaughter. Family is everything to me, and every dish I create reflects that love and sense of togetherness.

I am a believer in God and truly see each day as a blessing. Through NJoy Cocina, my goal is not just to serve food, but to share love, warmth, and faith through every homemade dish. Cooking has always been my way of caring for others, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to now share that passion with you.
